My name is Heba Ahmed Malki. I am the co-owner of domilya Group.   domilya GROUP is a home renovation building and contracting company. We have been in business for more than 10 years. I was looking for a way to keep in touch thank my clients but also keep a sincere relationship with them. It makes me, My husband and my company stand out over the rest!   I also did a test marketing campaign by touching base with my 2011 clients and just sent them a card saying "I'm thinking of you and I hope you and your family are all well" within two weeks I have received several jobs, as well as landed three more referrals that are in the process of closing them.   So every month I go back and touch base with clients because for me it is about building relationships and showing appreciation. Currently, we are booked six months ahead because of how amazing this system works with my own marketing.
